An identification of the first multi-ethnic dialect

A multi cultural language amongst teenagers has been detected in Britain. Whilst being 'alien' to many of the older generation, and sometimes even insulting, the dialect has been estimated to become part of the standard English language within the next 20 years. Teachers have become increasingly aware that all different ethnicity, all speak within the same context; British teenagers are converging with the many different dialects around them.

This kind of change is encouraged by famous rap stars such as Dizzie Rascal and Lady Sovereign.
Words like 'gwan' (go on), 'creps' (shoes) and 'crib' (house/home) are becoming part of the adolescents standard language.

A school in south London has become aware of this gradual change, and has decided to try and decrease the amount of slang used within the school walls.  The headteacher of Lilian Bayliss school says "We're not trying to devalue patois, we're trying to teach the kids that there is a time and place for it.". The school intends to teach the pupils patios such as this is only acceptable in certain circumstances, not essays, job interviews or mature discussions.
