Steven pinker- Language as a window into Human Nature
During this video, Steven Pinker expresses come key concepts in helping to increase knowledge when taking English language at AS. He explains that of an innuendo, this is used to convey something not used in speech, in other words, reading in between the lines. Innuendos are very common and play a large part in paralinguistic features. Following this, he explains other important terminology needed to be known, also explaining them visually in order to help us learn more thoroughly.

In some cases, people will speak more over text messaging, social media and more, than having a conversation with one in person. Is this becoming the new way of communication? Will this kill good writing skills and standard English over time?
